Andrea began her Real Estate career in 2009, and has been a Managing Broker since 2016, currently assembling the newest Village office, Ashwood. She brings an eternal optimism and unparalleled knowledge on all things real estate where she strives in every relationship to ensure the client and agents’ needs are met to the fullest.
Her true passion is uniting and serving others, either by leading her agents or volunteering within the community. She has been a proud Board Member for Greater Nashville Realtors, Preston Taylor Ministries and The Next Door.
She is a graduate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and currently lives in Green Hills with her husband, two daughters, and their mini golden-doodle, Cali, who really runs the show.
Lee Pfund
HILLSBORO VILLAGE MANAGING BROKER
Lee Pfund is the Managing Broker for the Parks Hillsboro Village office on 21st Avenue. Prior to joining Village, Lee was Assistant Managing Broker and Training Director for Crye-Leike in Franklin. A Memphis native, Lee started his real estate career in the Bluff City with Keller Williams in 2006, eventually managing REO/foreclosure and investment property. In 2013, he relocated to Nashville and worked with Keller Williams in Green Hills until moving to Crye-Leike.
Lee has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis and is a graduate of Greater Nashville REALTORS® 2017 Leadership Academy. Active with the Greater Nashville REALTORS®, he serves on the Board of Directors & Legislative Committee. Lee is a Silver- & twice Gold-winner of Awards of Excellence for Greater Nashville Realtors, a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
