Angela Garner, CRS, GRI, has served as Managing Broker of Parks' Franklin 3rd Avenue Office since 2017. Graduated from Father Ryan High School, she has a Bachelors’ degree from Western Kentucky University. She began her real estate career in 2000 in new-home sales, and she was an on-site agent for 9 years representing up to 17 different builders in several different Williamson County Communities. Angela is a proud mother of 4 children and loves to call Franklin home. She stays very involved in children’s sports, including football, basketball, soccer, taekwondo, cheer and volleyball.

Karen has been selling real estate since 2000. Her specialty is residential real estate in Williamson and Davidson Counties. Karen has extensive experience working with corporate transfer clients who are relocating into or leaving the Greater Nashville Area.
Karen has served as president of the Williamson County Association of Realtors, director of the Tennessee Association of Realtors and director the regional Multiple Listing Service - Realtracs. She has been a managing broker of a 50+ person office for the last five years.
Karen lives in Franklin with her husband and they share two grown sons, a Labrador Retriever and Scottish Terrier. They both attended the University of Memphis and enjoy cheering for the Tigers as well as the Tennessee Volunteers where one son has graduated the youngest is a senior.
